Equipment Operators work in teams as a part of our construction services division based in our Spindale, NC headquarters office. This division provides support to commercial/residential construction projects across our entire service area. Operators are expected to operate equipment associated with the installation of underground electrical service and duct bank, and also perform other tasks associated with construction such as grading, debris removal, and general construction tasks.
Minimum Experience Required
Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the operation of equipment such as excavators, mini-excavators, skid-steers, trenchers, and tamps in a construction setting. The candidate should also have a CDL with experience pulling trailers and hauling equipment.

Your Role: Commercial Electrician – Riser installation
Fountain Services is seeking experienced commercial electricians to join our dedicated Riser Team. This position is ideal for mechanic-level electricians who enjoy conduit installation, feeder systems, cable pulling, and building the electrical infrastructure that powers commercial facilities.

Pay for this position is $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. After a 90-day introductory period, employees receive paid vacation and paid holidays, and are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401k with employer match. This position also includes the use of a company vehicle with fuel card.
Minimum Experience Requirements
Qualified candidates should have 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, including at least 4 years of experience as a foreman or superintendent, or in a similar supervisory capacity, overseeing and managing multiple foremen/crews on large construction jobs, or on multiple smaller concurrent jobs. Leadership/supervisory experience on projects in excess of $1 million is preferred.
Physical Requirements
A superintendent may from time to time be asked to spend time working on their tools with their crews, in addition to their administrative and leadership functions. Accordingly, candidates must meet the same physical requirements as other field personnel. Employees must be able to lift 50+ pounds, work from a ladder or scaffold, work overhead, and perform without hindrance activities and tasks that involve repetitive reaching, stretching, squatting, kneeling, crouching, and/or bending. They must also be able to work in varied climate conditions, and should possess good balance, depth perception, eye-hand coordination, and the stamina to perform physically demanding construction work. Above all, a candidate must be able to safely perform the duties and responsibilities normally and reasonably expected of a tradesperson in their position.

Fountain Services is currently seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Spindale, NC headquarters. This position supports our field operations by maintaining an efficient warehouse, managing inventory, organizing tools and materials, and assisting with deliveries to construction projects throughout our service area.
Position Overview
As a Warehouse and Logistics Associate, you will play an essential role in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently and our field teams have the materials, equipment, and tools they need to complete projects successfully. This position is based at our Spindale headquarters and includes regular assignments at local construction sites within the division. Daily tasks are coordinated by the Company Facilities Manager in conjunction with the Headquarters Warehouse Manager and Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain inventory of electrical materials, supplies, and equipment.Organize, inspect, and track company tools and equipment.Receive, inspect, unload, and stock incoming shipments.Prepare and fulfill material requests for field crews and project sites.Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently.Assist with deliveries and pickups at construction sites throughout the division.Perform general warehouse operations, including inventory control and housekeeping.Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and facility environments.Perform custodial duties at company facilities as assigned.Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.Pull utility trailers and transport materials as needed.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.Forklift experience is required.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Comfortable operating vehicles while pulling utility trailers.Basic computer skills are a plus.Must pass a mandatory drug screening.Physical Requirements
Lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.Stand and walk for extended periods.Bend, kneel, squat, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks.Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.Maintain good balance, coordination, and stamina throughout the workday.
