As an Electrical Foreman at Fountain Services, you will lead a team of 4–8 electricians, apprentices, and helpers on high-quality electrical installations. You’ll oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning and installation to safety and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and train a crew of electricians and apprenticesEnsure safety compliance and enforce best practices on job sitesPlan, lay out, and oversee installation of electrical systems per specsRead and interpret blueprints and electrical drawingsTrack progress using Procore and collaborate using BluebeamMaintain strong communication with Superintendents and General ContractorsConduct inspections to ensure compliance with the NEC and job standardsPromote a safety-first culture aligned with OSHA standardsMinimum Requirements
10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience2+ years of supervisory experience leading crewsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to pass a drug screenTwo (2) professional referencesValid driver’s license and reliable transportationOwn and provide basic personal tools of the tradePreferred Qualifications
