The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining lawn mowing equipment to ensure high-quality lawn care services for residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Operate lawn mowing equipment (e.g., push mowers, riding mowers, zero-turn mowers) efficiently and safely.Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as blade sharpening, oil checks, and cleaning, to ensure optimal performance.Mow lawns according to specified patterns and client preferences, maintaining a neat and professional appearance.Identify and report any lawn issues (e.g., weeds, pests, or irrigation needs) to supervisors or clients.Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.Assist with additional landscaping tasks as needed, such as trimming, edging, or debris removal.Requirements:Prior experience operating lawn mowing equipment preferred (training provided for the right candidate).Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to [50 lbs, or applicable weight].Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Bonus Skills (Optional):Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques.Familiarity with small engine repair or maintenanceCompany DescriptionWe are a family owned company, we strive to reach goals and create new ones. Job DescriptionJob DescriptionExperienced landscapers need 2 years of experience for crew leader/supervisor jobs.Paid training periods for people with no experience.Hourly and salary positions available. Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and walking.Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds regularly.Must be able to climb ladders and stairs.Must be able to sit, bend, crawl, kneel, and reach.Must be able to traverse worksite in different types of weather.Must be able to navigate uneven terrain.Responsibilities:Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, Mulching beds, Planting flowers, and other basic landscape duties.Take out weeds and dead plants.Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth.Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.Supervise maintenance repairs to brick pavers, landscape beds, outdoor living spaces, and walkways.Advise clients on how to look after the landscape.Coordinate with garden designers and landscape architects to ensure the garden meets the client's expectations.
