Position Summary:
The Players Club Representative is responsible for providing top-notch customer service to guests and members of our loyalty program. The incumbent will assist with enrollment, account management, and redemption of rewards, while ensuring all interactions are professional and pleasant. The Players Club Representative will also have a strong understanding of the casino industry and be able to use player data to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
The Players Club Representative is responsible for the following duties:
Greet and welcome casino guests in a friendly and professional manner, making them feel valued and appreciated. Provide outstanding customer service by answering guest inquiries, resolving complaints, managing difficult situations, and providing accurate information about the casino, promotions, loyalty programs, and other amenities. Assist with the enrollment process of loyalty program members, including accurate data entry, issuing rewards, and managing redemptions and coupons. Sell event tickets, promote casino promotions, and make announcements over the loudspeaker to inform guests about special events and offers. Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Player Development and Marketing, to ensure smooth operation of player events, promotions, and special initiatives. Maintain an organized work area, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees. The Vault Clerk is responsible for the secure and efficient flow of currency and cash-equivalent documents through the vault to support daily gaming and general revenue operations. This position ensures accurate cash handling, maintains kiosk operations, and upholds compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional guest service by being knowledgeable about FBRC and events with professionalism, courtesy, and promptness.
Perform responsibilities independently and efficiently, maximizing use of time and resources.
Monitor and maintain kiosk currency levels; perform audits, drops, basic troubleshooting, and arrange maintenance when necessary.
Enforce safety standards through correct lifting techniques and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Maintain control and security over the assigned work area at all times.

Distribute and destroy playing cards as per policy.
Move heavy bags/boxes of coin for cashier bank replenishment.
Assemble and prepare promotional coupon packages.
Ensure compliance with key issuance policies; audit sensitive keys and maintain accurate logs.
Track lost and found money transactions.
Knowledge of money counting / rolling machines.
Perform minor repairs and cleaning of coin counting/rolling machines.
Assist with staff scheduling and coverage for call-ins.
Operate an adding machine and other basic office equipment effectively.
Attend all required meetings and trainings.

Position Summary:
The Security Officer, through observation, patrol, and customer/employee relations, is responsible to provide and maintain a safe environment for customers, employees, and casino assets to prevent loss of profit due to fire, theft, vandalism, embezzlement, and other forms of crime. A Security Officer should have the ability to work with the public, supervise areas and groups of people, and be responsible and effective in emergency situations.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
The Security Officer is responsible for the following duties:
Responsible for patrolling parking lots, and ensuring outside buildings are secure. Monitor parking and traffic control, and main entrance.Provide security for special functions. Conduct door counts and building patrols. Assist customers and employees, while providing positive customer interaction. Prevent underage and undesirable customers from entering. Patrol gaming areas, and monitor emergency exits and customers/employees.Provide personnel escorts to and from the vault area. Report and assist in all emergency medical situations.Escort ejected/evicted customers off casino property. Check fire extinguishers, and for fire or safety hazards, as well as all restricted access areas.Secure doors within facility.Direct customers to people who can assist them when they have problems.Provide escorts to sensitive areas. Adhere to Security policies and procedures. Prepare necessary logs and reports. May provide secure transportation for employees in certain circumstances.Adhere to two-way radio usage procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.

The Security Officer must have a High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Incumbent must obtain CPR Certification within one year of employment.
Must become Tips Certified within one year of employment.

Must have the ability to tolerate various scents, noises, and bright lights.
Preferred Qualifications:

Meet, greet, and seat all guests with a positive, friendly, helpful attitude and is a serve as a source of information to all guests entering the Sunset Steakhouse. Exudes pride and passion. Assist in all areas of Host Stand Operations to help ensure a high-quality guest experience.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sunset Steakhouse Host is responsible for the following duties:
Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary. Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions.Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.Maintaining knowledge of Sunset Steakhouse menu.Perform other duties as assigned.Warmly greet guests into the restaurant.Proactively support the restaurant team while monitoring dining room activity.Collaborate with team members to communicate any special needs or guest requests.Utilize the freedom to go beyond and take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.Maintain an organized host stand or work area.Sincerely thank guests leaving the restaurant and invite them to return.Competencies:
