As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you will take charge on emergency restoration projects for families and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, sewer, and storm damage. You are not only on the front lines of recovery—you lead the crew, set the standard for safety and professionalism, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with company and IICRC standards.

What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise mitigation crews on residential and commercial job sitesRespond to emergency mitigation calls and assess property damage caused by fire, water, mold, and weather-related eventsPerform and oversee water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services in accordance with IICRC standardsDevelop drying plans and monitor progress to ensure proper equipment placement and moisture goals are metRemove and dispose of damaged building materials safely and efficientlyDecontaminate, clean, and deodorize affected interior spacesCollaborate with the Contents Division to clean, pack, and store salvageable itemsDocument job progress through photos, moisture readings, and detailed notes using PSA and other required softwareCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, adjusters, and internal teamsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all timesEnsure proper setup, operation, cleaning, and storage of tools and equipmentTrain and mentor Mitigation Technicians to uphold quality and safety standardsFollow warehouse and vehicle protocols, including daily documentation of consumables and equipment usePerform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business.Ready to Join Us?

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can lead a team and still close business themselves. This is a player-coach role: you will manage a team of 2-3 Business Development Mangers across the region while carrying your own book of business. You are the person who builds the culture, sets the standard, and holds the bar. You know how to develop people and how to win accounts.

Team Leadership and Development
Recruit, onboard, and develop your team of Business Development Mangers across the region Run structured 1:1s, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews to coach performance and identify gaps Set activity standards and hold the team accountable to CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline Identify skill gaps early and drive individual development plans for each rep Partner with operations and leadership on headcount, territory design, and market prioritizationPersonal Quota and Territory

Qualifications:
5+ years in field sales or account management with a demonstrated track record of building pipeline from scratch 2+ years managing or mentoring a sales team, formally or informally Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem is a strong plus Excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills; confident in front of both clients and your team Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment Valid driver's license and comfort with regular travel across the region Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platformYou'll Thrive Here If You Are...

About the JobAs a Carpenter with Insurcomm Restoration, you will provide high-quality construction services to restore residential and commercial properties affected by damage. Your work helps return buildings to their pre-loss condition while delivering reliable craftsmanship and a positive client experience.
This role is hands-on and field-based, supporting restoration-based reconstruction projects for families, businesses, and disaster victims. Production managers will assign and coordinate tasks across job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
