We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help with:
Showing rental properties to prospective tenants
Installing lockboxes & handling keys
Light handyman repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, fixtures, appliances)
Move-in/move-out inspections
Coordinating with vendors for bigger jobs
Requirements:
Basic handyman/maintenance skills
Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
Professional, friendly, and dependable
