Job Description
The After‑Hours Logistics Support Team Leader oversees evening and overnight logistics operations, provides real‑time problem resolution, supports drivers, customers and associates. The role is designed to ensure continuity when daytime leadership is offline.

Ensure smooth execution of all evening and overnight logistics activities, including dispatch, routing, and issue escalation. Develop and grow relationships with customers and carriersCommunicate and work closely with import Account Managers to facilitate reuse of equipmentServe as the primary point of contact between the client, the logistics provider, and other relevant parties Responsibly manage shipments by ensuring all loads are fulfilled to expectationsIdentify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the export process Monitor and report events within a load’s lifecycle to team members and customers Manage carrier performance and responsibilitiesCoordinate all aspects of the export process, such as scheduling shipments, preparing shipping documents and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations
