    Foreside Real Estate Management, based in Orono, Maine, is seeking a dependable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $20 to $32 per hour and provides an opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall quality of our properties.


    As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner. Working alongside a collaborative and supportive team, you will perform a variety of tasks, including plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, general maintenance, and property upkeep. The role also includes some administrative responsibilities related to maintenance operations and documentation.


    Qualifications:

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordReliable transportationStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyExperience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or related trades preferred
