  Responsibilities:Assist with larger maintenance and property improvement projects Perform dump runs and debris removal Mow lawns and assist with basic landscaping tasks Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of properties Support the maintenance team with various daily tasks Follow safety procedures and company standards 
  Qualifications:Positive attitude and strong work ethic Eagerness to learn and grow Ability to perform physical work and lift materials as needed Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Previous maintenance, landscaping, or construction experience is a plus, but not required

  Foreside Real Estate Management, based in Orono, Maine, is seeking a dependable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $20 to $32 per hour and provides an opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall quality of our properties.

  
  

  As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner. Working alongside a collaborative and supportive team, you will perform a variety of tasks, including plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, general maintenance, and property upkeep. The role also includes some administrative responsibilities related to maintenance operations and documentation.

  
  

  Qualifications:

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordReliable transportationStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyExperience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or related trades preferred
