    IT Administrator (NetSuite ERP)

    We are seeking a local skilled and reliable IT Administrator with hands-on experience supporting and administering Oracle NetSuite ERP environments. This role is responsible for maintaining IT systems, supporting end users, managing integrations, and optimizing business operations through technology.

    Position Details

    Full-time, on-site position; Candidates must reside in the local area and be able to reliably commuteM-F 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities

    Administer, maintain, and support the NetSuite ERP platformManage user accounts, roles, permissions, and workflowsTroubleshoot hardware, software, network, and ERP-related system issuesSupport and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applicationsCoordinate system updates, patches, and enhancementsDevelop, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards within NetSuite

    Qualifications

    3+ years of experience in IT administration or technical supportProven hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERPExperience with user management, role-based access, and ERP workflowsStrong understanding of cybersecurity best practicesExcellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with SQL, system integrations, and scripting

    Location: St. Louis
    Job Type: Full-time

    A midsize business in St. Louis is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments, and supporting our accounting and sales teams.

    Responsibilities:

    Contact and follow up with account holders to secure payments on delinquent accounts.Review and update account statuses in accordance with company policies.Maintain accurate records of payment commitments and account details, scheduling follow-ups as needed.Monitor accounts receivable and cash receipt reports for accuracy and timely processing.Provide support to outside sales and accounting teams as required.Address and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts.Set up new customer accounts and review credit applications for approval.Perform additional related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable. Accounts Payable experience may also be considered.1 year of experience with NetSuite preferred.Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.Previous experience in B2B accounts receivable or customer service.Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

    Maintenance & Facilities Management

    • Perform and coordinate routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance

    • Troubleshoot and complete minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, general building)

    • Conduct regular inspections and proactively address maintenance needs

    • Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and operating efficiently


    Vendor & Contract Management

    • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and service providers

    Operations & Compliance

    • Coordinate permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or property management experience

    • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems

    • Ability to perform hands-on maintenance and repairs

    • Experience managing vendors and service contracts

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously

    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites
