Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of project, program, transformation, or delivery management experience. Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple delivery teams. Strong planning, dependency management, governance, and execution oversight skills. Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, decisions, impediments, and executive escalations. Advanced Jira and Agile delivery experience. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority. Requirements Experience supporting enterprise transformation, modernization, or large-scale technology delivery programs. Knowledge of data migration, integration, warehousing, analytics, reporting, and testing processes. Financial services or regulated industry experience. Experience operating within Agile Release Train delivery models. Experience building executive dashboards, scorecards, or readiness reporting.
