These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment. Responsibilities: Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking/packing, outbound shipments, and quality checks. Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance direction. Optimize workflows and warehouse layout to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support business growth. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, stock rotation (FIFO), and strong operational controls. Utilize warehouse systems and technology (Microsoft Office; WMS; NetSuite/RF Smart a plus) to track performance and improve processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain a clean and audit-ready warehouse environment, and lead safety initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with QC and operations leadership to ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving. Plus: Can speak Spanish
