This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to shape the reliability, performance, and innovation of modern power generation systems. You'll lead major equipment overhauls, optimize mechanical and rotating systems, and drive capital projects that directly enhance plant efficiency and long-term reliability. From predictive maintenance to the integration of new technologies, your work will ensure that critical infrastructure runs safely and efficiently-powering thousands of homes and businesses across the region. What You'll Do Lead design, inspection, and maintenance initiatives for turbines, pumps, piping, heat exchangers, and other balance-of-plant systems. Plan and manage major outage projects, budgets, and contractor performance. Apply mechanical engineering expertise to system upgrades, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvements. Provide technical and operational support to plant teams, influencing strategic decisions on performance and lifecycle optimization. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in power generation, with strong knowledge of rotating equipment, turbine systems, and plant operations. Proven ability to lead maintenance programs, capital projects, and contractor teams. PE license and experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) preferred.
