    Job Summary:

    Job Summary
    This position is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data flow into and through varioustechnology platforms. Duties may include on-boarding new business partners, creation of master data, linkage tomaster data, and root cause analysis to support the Foodbuy revenue tracking model, and to drive key analyticsand business initiatives. This position is responsible for training and mentoring coordinators within their team.

    Responsibilities:Create and maintain master data (customer, distributor, manufacturer, & contract) from external sources in astandardized formatOwnership of larger or more financially impactful business partnersLink external data to master data.Ensure accuracy of inbound data through analysis and troubleshootingWork with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve complete &accurate data.Adherence to contract standards and a thorough understanding of those terms.Resolve customer challenges related to data.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.Effective written and verbal communication skillsDistribution, foodservice or master data management experience preferred.Prior experience with contractual terms is preferred.Sense of urgency and excellent customer service skillsStrong analytical problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detailMicrosoft Excel experience including pivots and lookups.Power BI and/or SQL knowledge may be preferred.

    Job Summary:

    The primary duty of this position is management of distribution partners, relationships, strategy implementation and process improvement.  This includes gaining a complete understanding of Compass Group and Member purchasing, development, and execution of annual business plan, and identifying and execution of value-added opportunities.  Position may include management responsibilities of direct report(s).

    Job Summary:

    The primary duty of this position is to support the development and execution of sourcing category strategies and understand the business/company requirements to maximize value and partner with business stakeholders.  This also includes executing the end-to-end sourcing process of creating and managing category strategies, spend and market analysis, running RFx’s, negotiating contracts and pricing, and supplier management.  This role has sourcing and vendor management experience to operate at all levels of the organization and has the ability to learn to move from strategic to tactical to provide insights based upon market conditions and trends, investigate innovative methods to optimize value from goods and service providers, improve the decision-making process, and increase the flow of information.

    Responsibilities:Leads the negotiation and contract management of large-scale, enterprise-wide volume purchase agreements with guidance.Demonstrates project management expertise with the ability to carry projects from strategic planning through implementation.Partners with Category Development subject matter experts across multiple product categories to gain additional insights and advanced knowledge of products.Proactively strategizes with business and other stakeholders to understand the needs of the organization to deliver solutions.Leads and participates on cross functional teams to develop meaningful requirements to ensure quality responses from suppliers.Researches and develops adequate sources of supply.     Job Summary

    The Account Management Analytics team drives data-informed decision-making through financial insights, opportunity identification, performance measurement, and strategic recommendations that create value across Compass Group sectors.

     

    As Manager, Account Management Analytics, you will help build and scale a growing analytics function by identifying growth opportunities, developing actionable insights, and implementing scalable reporting and processes.

    Qualifications:


    Required Qualifications

     

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, consulting, strategy, or a related discipline.Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large-scale data analysis.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Preferred Qualifications
