Position Overview:
As an Client Success Partner, you will oversee Fooda’s restaurant network in the Chicago market. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that Fooda’s restaurant partners are high-quality, reliable, and go above and beyond to service our clients and their employees.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Fooda’s Popup and catering restaurant network in the Chicago market.On-board, train, and launch new restaurants.Assist in managing daily operations, addressing on-site issues, coordinating menu updates, and resolving billing questions.Ensure restaurant partners consistently meet Fooda’s expectations and adhere to standard operating proceduresCultivate and maintain strong relationships with each restaurant partnerEngage in regular local travel to visit our restaurant partners and client sites.Provide performance insights to your team and contribute to determining optimal schedules for our clients.Who You Are:
You have at least 4-6 years of work experience.You are organized and care about getting the details exactly right. Type-A personality is a plus!You have strong communication skills and are comfortable giving direction.You are optimistic in the face of problems and know that you’re capable of finding solutions.You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced startup.You can lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and stand for up to two hours.Experience working with restauranteurs preferred, but not necessary.What We’ll Hook You Up With:

The salary range for this role is between $60,000-$70,000 and is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to work experience, training, location, and skills.

The Catering Manager position is critical to the success of a Fooda client location. The Catering Manager is responsible for managing client relationships along with managing the daily catering orders offered at the client location. The Catering Manager ensures all catering offered to the client and customers are of superior quality and service.

Coordinate and oversee internal catering events at client locationEstablish and maintain effective client and customer rapport to determine catering needsMaintain costs as it relates to food, beverage, and laborNegotiate new menus with restaurant partners for special requestsRecruit and train catering staff at client locationOversee set up and cleanup of all catering eventsEnsure all catering events comply with government and agency standards, including but not limited to those relating to safety and healthWhat We’ll Hook You Up With:
