Understand the company teammate handbook. Keep work area maintained appropriately to ensure a safe work environment for teammates and customers. Must be able to perform other duties. Work with store teammates to identify the root causes of issues and inefficiencies. Assist in keeping the front end clean, clear of baskets, to ensure a smooth customer flow.
