Responsibilities The Specialist, Leisure Sales, a pivotal supervisor support role within the Leisure Sales team, is essential for bolstering team efforts to achieve leisure sales targets. This position is primarily focused on providing comprehensive support to the leisure sales team, facilitating seamless interaction with clients, travel agents, and supply partners. The role demands proactive engagement in identifying and leveraging market opportunities, orchestrating site visits, and ensuring the execution of leisure sales strategies aligns with the Fontainebleau goals. Examples of Duties (includes but not limited to the following): Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies. Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, travel agents, and supply partners. Coordinate and conduct site visits to showcase Fontainebleau's offerings to potential clients. Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and guest satisfaction. Provide market insights and feedback to the sales team to aid in strategy formulation. Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and uphold Fontainebleau's service excellence. Qualifications Ability to read, write, and understand English.
