Situated on oceanfront Collins Avenue in the heart of Millionaire's Row, Fontainebleau Miami Beach is one of the most historically and architecturally significant hotels on Miami Beach. Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career. The Balcony Cleaner will maintain the cleanliness of all assigned balconies and patio furniture, sliding doors, and windows. Examples of duties include but are not limited to the following: Maintains and cleans balcony. Works with Engineering department to maintain condition/quality of balconies. Reports all maintenance problems as needed. Notifies supervisor when a shortage of supplies is noticed. Recognizes and uses appropriate cleaning chemicals. Turns in articles left in rooms to management for "Lost and Found" handling, following hotel procedures. Assists with projects as needed. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications: Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests. Responsibilities The Specialist, Leisure Sales, a pivotal supervisor support role within the Leisure Sales team, is essential for bolstering team efforts to achieve leisure sales targets. This position is primarily focused on providing comprehensive support to the leisure sales team, facilitating seamless interaction with clients, travel agents, and supply partners. The role demands proactive engagement in identifying and leveraging market opportunities, orchestrating site visits, and ensuring the execution of leisure sales strategies aligns with the Fontainebleau goals. Examples of Duties (includes but not limited to the following): Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies. Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, travel agents, and supply partners. Coordinate and conduct site visits to showcase Fontainebleau's offerings to potential clients. Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and guest satisfaction. Provide market insights and feedback to the sales team to aid in strategy formulation. Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and uphold Fontainebleau's service excellence. Qualifications Ability to read, write, and understand English.
