Position Overview: This position is responsible for the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment execution, and help coordinate vendor management. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the accounts payable inbox, ensuring timely review and response to vendor and internal inquiries Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately in NetSuite Validate invoice approvals in accordance with delegation of authority and internal control policies Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures Process domestic and international payments (ACH, wire transfers, limited checks, etc.) Coordinate with vendors regarding payment terms, currency, and banking requirements, as necessary Understand and apply multi-entity and multi-currency considerations when recording and processing transactions Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain organized electronic records and ensure audit readiness Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation Continuously identify opportunities to improve AP processes and controls Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Associate’s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience required Hands-on experience with NetSuite required Experience working with international vendors and foreign currency payments preferred Familiarity with multi-entity accounting environments preferred Strong understanding of internal controls and delegation of authority policies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Ability to work effectively with vendors, understand multi-entity and multi-currency environments, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy required Excellent organizational and time management skills required At Follett Software, our people come first. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with K-12 market trends, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; EdTech or software sales certifications are a plus. 3-5 years in B2B or SaaS outside sales, with a focus on EdTech solutions; strong background in navigating sales cycles, managing client relationships, and exceeding quotas. Experience selling multiple EdTech SaaS solutions and engaging IT buyer personas. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to relationship building, retention, and expansion.
