The Property Manager is fully accountable for all property operations. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for collection and posting of rent, delinquency, move-out procedures, monthly reporting, resident services and leasing. The Assistant Property Manager will also assist the Property Manager with assigned duties related to property operations and compliance with company policy and applicable laws.
