POSITION SUMMARY:
The Dealer Representative / Area Manager is responsible for promoting the use of company products and services. As a Dealer Representative, it is important to identify and remove obstacles to the continued growth of the company, identify and report competitive business models, support corrective actions initiated against dealerships, and maintain professional relationships with key dealership personnel.

A college degree and/or equivalent years of specific experience in this field is preferred. Experience in a similar position working within an indirect lending program is a plus.

Job Description:
The Mortgage Loan Officer responds to customer inquiries and referrals that are generated from both their contacts and from FocusOne Mortgage business channels. The Loan Officer interviews prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advise customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gather any additional required information. The Loan Office maintains a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The MLO consistently upholds professional ethics, complies with all Federal and State compliance policies, and adheres to HMDA requirements.
The Mortgage Loan Officer
· Develops and maintains successful relationships with business referral sources, existing and prospective, along with FocusOne Mortgage Solutions business partners.
· Prospects of new mortgage lending opportunities.
· Meets with customers as necessary during various stages of the loan process.
· Utilizes training materials, reference tools, and other resources to provide accurate and up-to-date loan program/policy information to both external customers and internal business partners.
· Provides complete loan applications to be put into processing.
· Ensures exceptional customer experience by overseeing the loan process from origination to close and providing ongoing communication to customers and business partners.
· Oversees and ensures the successful completion of all assigned Mortgage Loan Officer Training activities.
