What You'll Do
As our Home Health Account Executive, you will drive growth by expanding Focus Home Health's referral network and building trusted partnerships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community providers throughout the Fresno area.
This role is ideal for someone based in Fresno who enjoys being out in the community, building face-to-face relationships, and taking full ownership of their local territory.
You will:
Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational meetings with referral partnersBuild and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community providersPromote Focus Home Health's full range of clinical servicesWork closely with agency leadership to execute marketing and growth strategiesMaintain referral source activity and account data in our CRMManage a structured territory plan with regular referral source visitsDevelop and execute quarterly sales and growth strategiesIdentify new business opportunities and market trendsWho You Are
