This is hands-on work-building, assembling, and preparing custom foam products that go out the door to our customers every day. If you like staying busy, working with a team, and seeing the results of what you did at the end of the shift, you'll fit right in. What you'll do: You'll rotate through a mix of production tasks, including: Spray and assemble foam pieces using water-based adhesive Organize and stage materials for production Bundle, wrap, and package finished foam products to customer specifications Label and prepare orders for shipment Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe Move materials throughout the plant using proper lifting techniques Jump in where needed - supporting other areas as you're trained This role is repetitive at times-but it's steady, important work that keeps the operation moving.
