    Job Summary:
    Flywheel Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children in a school setting in Center Valley, PA. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a meaningful opportunity to help students with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills that support their success in the classroom and beyond.

    You will implement individualized treatment plans designed to reduce behaviors that interfere with learning and promote skill acquisition in a structured educational environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide ABA therapy to students in a school-based setting

    Implement treatment goals as outlined by a supervising BCBA

    Track session data and complete accurate documentation

    Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors

    Support student development in areas such as emotional regulation, communication, and peer interaction

    Maintain a professional and consistent presence throughout the school week

    Set weekday schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9 AM to 4 PM

Your duties will include scheduling and coordinating sessions, managing inventory and purchases, and assisting in the creation and management of programs to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency. The ideal candidate will also have experience as a BT, giving them that extra insight into the field.
    Key Responsibilities:

    Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment scheduling for therapists and clients, ensuring optimal time management and minimal disruptions. Communicate effectively with families and staff to confirm sessions, manage cancellations, and resolve conflicts in scheduling.

    Inventory Management & Purchases: Monitor and maintain stock levels of clinic supplies, ensuring necessary materials are always available. Place orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with vendors to meet budget and quality standards.

    Program Creation & Management: Support clinicians in organizing and maintaining treatment plans and clinic programs to promote consistency and efficiency. Help implement new initiatives that improve the quality of care and streamline clinic operations.
