Position Overview
We are seeking a highly trainable Fireplace Installer with a construction background who is eager to learn specialized skills. This role involves fireplace installation, heavy lifting, rooftop work, and detailed craftsmanship. Because our installations take place in luxury homes, professional appearance and top‐tier attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities
Install luxury fireplaces and related components in residential homesWork safely on rooftops and inside client homesUse power tools efficiently and responsiblyLearn or apply brickwork and basic masonry techniquesHandle physical tasks including lifting and material handlingMaintain a professional appearance and respectful conduct on job sitesWork collaboratively within a small, supportive teamEnsure precision, cleanliness, and high-quality craftsmanship in all workQualifications
Construction experience strongly preferredWilling and motivated to learn industry-specific skillsStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to climb and work on roofsComfortable using a variety of power toolsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedBrickwork or masonry experience is a plus (but not required)Benefits

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator & QuickBooks Coordinator to manage our day-to-day office operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident working in QuickBooks Online (QBO), comfortable with computers and office software, responsive with email communication, and capable of independently managing multiple responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and continually looks for ways to improve processes and contribute to the growth of the company.
This role primarily focuses on office administration and QuickBooks Online management. As the successful candidate becomes comfortable and proficient with their daily responsibilities, there will be opportunities to learn additional aspects of the business, including preparing customer estimates, assisting with project coordination, and taking on greater responsibility within the company. We are looking for someone interested in growing with the business and contributing to our long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
QuickBooks & Financial Administration
Create and manage customer invoices within QuickBooks OnlineEnter bills, process vendor payments, and maintain accurate recordsTrack accounts receivable and accounts payableMaintain organized digital financial recordsEnsure accuracy and attention to detail in all QuickBooks-related tasksAssist with general bookkeeping and administrative functionsOffice Administration
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionallyMonitor company email accounts and respond to customers, vendors, and team members in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate customer and project informationOrganize digital files, job folders, and office recordsScan, print, upload, and maintain documentsAssist with scheduling and coordination of office activitiesSupport management with administrative and operational tasksHelp identify opportunities to improve efficiency and office proceduresMaintain a structured and organized workflow throughout the officeCustomer Service & Showroom Support
