Position Summary: This role is to essentially Conduct Medical Examinations, Develop Diagnoses, Establish Treatment Plans, and Provide Referrals to Specialists, Maintain Patient Records, and Communicate with Patients, Parents or Guardians. FCHC Pediatricians are responsible for the best medical treatment of infants, children, and adolescents with a wide variety of injuries and illnesses for the best interest of their health and wellness.
Job Description:
Conduct regular thorough examinations on children to check and record their health and normal physical development.Examine sick children to determine their condition and ask intuitive questions to gather information about symptoms.Reach an informed diagnosis based scientific knowledge and individuals medical history.Prescribe medication and give detailed instructions for administration.Prepares and maintains accurate medical records, charts and documents to support the diagnosis. Complies with state laws and regulations with respect to guidelines for reimbursement.Prescribe and interpret appropriate lab tests to gain more information for possible infections or abnormalities.Prepares and maintains accurate medical records, charts, and documents to support the diagnoses.Examine and treat injuries and refer the child to physician of other disciplines when necessary (e.g. orthopedists, ophthalmologists, surgeons, etc.)Educate parents or guardians on child’s diet, exercise, and disease preventive measures.Keep updated records of patient’s illnesses, medical episodes, surgeries.Keep abreast pf advancement in pediatrics and best practices by attending seminar and conference.Perform other duties as directed by the Center Administrator and Chief Medical Officer.Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Position Summary: The HR Credentialing & Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of employee onboarding experience while ensuring the timely and accurate credentialing of licensed providers and clinical staff. The position also serves as a key member of the Human Resources team by supporting a variety of HR Functions including onboarding, employee records management, compliance orientation, HRIS data maintenance employment documentation, and employee support.
The coordinator works closely with Medical Staff, Operations, Employee Health, Information Technology, Payroll, and department leaders to ensure employees are successfully integrated into the organization and providers meet all credentialing and regulatory requirements.
The HR Credentialing & Onboarding Coordinator will assist with audits, reporting, and other assigned projects as assigned.

Position Summary: Provide and educate all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations. Work both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as a part of treatment team. May conduct physicals, order tests and serve as a patient’s primary healthcare provider.

Position Summary: A pharmacy technician (float) operates under the direct supervision of a pharmacist and helps in performing accurate data entry and insurance billing for all prescriptions, accurate filling of prescription medications, helps pharmacy customers on site by operating the Point of Sale (POS) systems to process prescription sales and answers phone calls. The technician must be willing to travel “float” to other pharmacy locations as assigned. The pharmacy technician may perform other delegated tasks assigned under the direct supervision of the pharmacist. The pharmacy technician must have completed a Board of Pharmacy approved pharmacy technician training program as required by statute.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service and patient support by treating patients in a friendly and helpful manner with a positive attitude.Assess patient eligibility for dispensing and drug discount or copay programs.Interpret prescription orders and prescription data entry, third party prescription billing, filling, drug ordering and drug invoice reconciliation.Perform transactions at the point of sale and produce end of day reports.Answer telephones, assist with refill requests and conduct customer outreach in person or by phone.Assist with the implementation of new projects and/or new service delivery programs.Prepare and assist patients with completing drug assistance program applications, maintaining patient records and providing any necessary follow up.Send patient refill and prior authorization requests to clinicians.Maintain pharmacy inventory and perform regular inventory reconciliation.Assist with the preparation and packaging of prescriptions for shippingKeep pharmacy department neat and free from clutter.Assist with monitoring compliance of the 340b pharmacy program as assigned.Attend pharmacy and staff meetings or trainings as directed by the Director of Pharmacy.Perform other related duties as required or assigned by the Director of Pharmacy.Use Company vehicle to perform prescription delivery when neededQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Conduct regular thorough examinations on children to check and record their health and normal physical development.Examine sick children to determine their condition and ask intuitive questions to gather information about symptoms.Reach an informed diagnosis based scientific knowledge and individuals medical history.Prescribe medication and give detailed instructions for administration.Prepares and maintains accurate medical records, charts and documents to support the diagnosis.
