    Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).Monitor and analyze client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and progress reports.Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and related fields.Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.Provide training and support for families on behavior management techniques.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and ethical guidelines.Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to client success.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.About Us:Florida Behavioral & Health Consultants Inc. has been serving the Hollywood, FL community for over a decade, providing exceptional behavioral health services.     Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary:
    We are looking for parttime RBTs to join our growing company. RBTs assist in delivering
    behavior services to clients between the ages of 2 and 18 years old under the direction
    and close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified
    Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Responsibilities:
    - Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
    - Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities
    - Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
    - Assist in the implementation of individualized behavior plans
    - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
    - Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
    - Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce
    challenging behaviors

    Qualifications:
    - Must have RBT license/certification from the BACB®
    - Medicaid provider number preferred but not required
    - Ability to follow care plans and implement interventions effectively
    - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    The salary paid for this position will depend on the candidate's experience and
    qualifications.
