Qualified candidates will:
Process and close filesExamine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance statusProvide up to date communication with Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to ensure quick and accurate transactionsOrder, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, searches and othersPrepare CDs, Settlement Statements, Deeds and other settlement documentsServe as an escrow officer, which includes the receipt and disbursement of fundsReview all files before, during and after the closings to prevent and resolve any potential issues/claimsSkills needed:

Receive and process incoming RON closing orders in a fast-paced environmentPrepare electronic closing packages by accurately tagging documents for Remote Online Notarization (RON) transactionsSchedule Remote Online closings and coordinate signing appointments with buyers, sellers, lenders, title agents and notariesMonitor closing timelines to ensure orders are completed accurately and on scheduleCommunicate professionally with customers, notaries, and internal team members regarding scheduling, order status, and document requirementsEnter new orders and maintain accurate information within company systemsReview files for completeness and identify missing information prior to closing Provide exceptional customer service while supporting a seamless closing experience Assist with additional operational tasks as needed to support the RON teamSkills Required:
