Design Associate Key Responsibilities:
Go out to clients homes and meet with them regarding their flooring projectFollow our Sales System using our tablet, laptop, and software (non-negotiable)Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requestsCoordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office ManagerCommunicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothlyAbility to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing businessEngage in on-going training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)
Pay: Potential earnings are $60,000 for the average Design Associate. Above-average Design Associates earn $80,000 to $100,000+.
