    Were hiring a Sales & Production Coordinator a unique hybrid role for someone who understands flooring installations and is ready to step into a sales-facing position.     What Youll Do


    Sales & Customer Experience


    Visit customers in their homes, assess project needs, and recommend flooring solutionsPresent samples and designs using our Inspired Sales SystemClose deals with a consultative, low-pressure approach focused on building trustMaintain clear, consistent communication with customers from sale to post-installFollow up after installation to ensure satisfaction, collect reviews, and build referralsProduction Management


    Create and manage job folders, work orders, and installation timelinesOrder materials, coordinate deliveries, and stage jobs for installSchedule and oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and professionalismConduct job-site walkthroughs before, during, and after installationManage change orders, address issues, and serve as the on-site point of contactEnsure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfactionMarketing & Lead Gen

    Have 2+ years in flooring production or installation coordinationAre excited to transition into a sales/customer-facing roleAre highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveEnjoy managing projects and creating great customer experiencesAre comfortable with technology (we use tablets, CRMs, and digital sales tools)Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportationWhat We Offer:

    Key Responsibilities


    Sales & Design Consultations


    Visit customers' homes to assess their flooring needsPresent flooring options using FCIs exclusive technology and sales systemProvide design guidance based on style, function, and budgetClose sales through trust-based, consultative selling Customer Experience & Project Coordination


    Manage customer relationships from consultation to installationCommunicate regularly with the customer, production team, and office staffAssist with material ordering and scheduling installationsFollow up after jobs are complete to ensure satisfaction and collect referrals/reviews Lead Management & Marketing


    Follow up on open and past estimatesRe-engage old leads and prospectsAttend local networking groups and community eventsSupport marketing initiatives such as door hanger distribution and home showsRequirements


    Associates or Bachelors degree preferredStrong communication and people skills must enjoy working with othersOrganized, reliable, and self-motivatedComfortable using technology (iPad, CRM, email training provided)Valid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredWillingness to undergo a comprehensive background checkWilling to wear company-branded attire during appointments (provided)What We Offer
