The OpportunityFlock Safety is looking for an Installation Technician to join our Field Operations team. Our team is comprised of individuals who are results-driven, detail-oriented and combine a great work ethic with critical thinking to install products that delight our customers. Our technicians are the face of our company and interact frequently with a variety of our customers while out in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
Install poles of varying lengths per install specifications. Requires digging a minimum of 8” x 36” holes.
Mount solar panels on poles and attach external batteries to solar panels
Affix license-plate reading cameras with PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) technology to poles
Work on both public and private roads, working often on equipment 10-12’ high.
Regularly work with a bucket truck and/or ladder to work on equipment up to 30 feet high.
Repair minor breaks in underground irrigation or private wiring
Provide installation pictures via the Flock field app on a mobile device
Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management and receiving product shipments
Perform work in safe and professional manner
Meet with customers to discuss installation options and perform site surveys
Interpret traffic control plan and permit drawings to identify the proper installation location for a Flock device
The SkillsetThis role requires frequent/continuous bending, digging, reaching, climbing, squatting, sitting, standing, walking, driving, and independently lifting up to 50 lbs.
Prior experience with field work is a plus: construction, security systems, low voltage wiring, or similar.
Prior knowledge of operating a bucket truck on occasion.
Comfortable driving a work van (Ford Transit) and occasionally a 1 ton pickup truck (Ram 3500) or towing a small trailer.
Prior use of power tools, motor vehicles and heavy equipment
Must be comfortable working on ladders at high heights
Handyman-like experience, whether personally or professionally.
Good time-management, organization and communication skills
Desire to work outdoors and comfortable working in all weather conditions and outdoor elements
General knowledge for all things tech, and the ability/desire to learn and work with new software/tools.

Required Availability:
M-F during daylight hours. Overtime is at times expected and required. Start and end times will vary based on time of year (solar constrained) and the workload.
Travel:
Expect to travel up to 3 hours away during service tickets regularly. Occasionally this role will require travel up to 8 hrs away. In these situations, overnight accommodations are provided. We do not anticipate the travel demand for this role to exceed 30%.

The OpportunityReporting to the CMO, the VP, Brand & Creative is the single-threaded owner of Flock’s brand - strategy, identity, creative, and production. You will architect the next-gen brand system and lead an in-house studio that ships world-class storytelling across campaigns, product launches, digital experiences, events, and content. This role blends taste and rigor: build a distinctive brand platform, scale a high-output studio, and prove impact with clear KPIs. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Events, and the executive team to ensure brand drives pipeline, trust, and category leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Own the brand strategy and platform: positioning, tone and visual identity; keep it current through annual refreshes and market feedback.
Architect and govern the full design system (logo, typography, color, motion, UI kit) and brand guidelines; ensure consistency across web, product UI, marketing, field, and partners. Iterate to best practice.
Build and lead Flock Studio: a high-performance, multi-discipline in-house team (art direction, design, copy, video, motion, photo, producers, editors) with clear SLAs and intake.

Oversee web brand experience in partnership with Web, Product, and Engineering; ensure UX, content, and motion reflect the brand at every touchpoint.
Establish creative operations: resourcing, roadmap, traffic, templates, QA, and approval workflows; manage vendor/agency roster and negotiate SOWs for surge capacity.
Champion brand safety, privacy, and public-sector nuance in storytelling; prepare playbooks for a variety of topics and rapid response.
Define and report brand KPIs: awareness, preference, consideration, share of voice, creative effectiveness, engagement quality, and pipeline influence.

The Opportunity
Flock Safety is seeking an experienced and passionate UAS Test Pilot to join our team dedicated to advancing Drone as First Responder (DFR) programs. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in testing hardware, piloting drones, and supporting logistics, to enhance our DFR capabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology that saves lives and improves public safety.
This position is an on-site position in our facilities located in West Lafayette, Indiana and will require up to 25% domestic travel. The UAS Test Pilot will be an individual contributor responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our drone systems, and providing critical insights and improvements for our technology.
The Skillset
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate: Required to operate drones for commercial purposes.
Knowledgeable in FAA Regulations and Safety Protocols: Understanding of the legal and safety requirements for drone operations.
Experience in Drone Operations: Preferably in experimental UAS development, and proficient in piloting various drone models with a strong understanding of UAV technology.

The OpportunityFlock Safety is looking for an Installation Technician to join our Field Operations team. Our team is comprised of individuals who are results-driven, detail-oriented and combine a great work ethic with critical thinking to install products that delight our customers. Our technicians are the face of our company and interact frequently with a variety of our customers while out in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
Install poles of varying lengths per install specifications. Requires digging a minimum of 8” x 36” holes.
Mount solar panels on poles and attach external batteries to solar panels
Affix license-plate reading cameras with PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) technology to poles
Work on both public and private roads, working often on equipment 10-12’ high.
Regularly work with a bucket truck and/or ladder to work on equipment up to 30 feet high.
Repair minor breaks in underground irrigation or private wiring
Provide installation pictures via the Flock field app on a mobile device
Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management and receiving product shipments
Perform work in safe and professional manner
Meet with customers to discuss installation options and perform site surveys
Interpret traffic control plan and permit drawings to identify the proper installation location for a Flock device
The SkillsetThis role requires frequent/continuous bending, digging, reaching, climbing, squatting, sitting, standing, walking, driving, and independently lifting up to 50 lbs.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Solution Deployment Engineer to join our high-performing presales deployment team. The Job

Salary & EquityIn this role, you’ll receive a total compensation of $375,000 with a defined variable comp plan; as well as stock options. The OpportunityFlock Safety is looking for an Installation Technician to join our Field Operations team. Our team is comprised of individuals who are results-driven, detail-oriented and combine a great work ethic with critical thinking to install products that delight our customers. Our technicians are the face of our company and interact frequently with a variety of our customers while out in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
Install poles of varying lengths per install specifications. Requires digging a minimum of 8” x 36” holes.
Mount solar panels on poles and attach external batteries to solar panels
Affix license-plate reading cameras with PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) technology to poles
Work on both public and private roads, working often on equipment 10-12’ high.
Regularly work with a bucket truck and/or ladder to work on equipment up to 30 feet high.
Repair minor breaks in underground irrigation or private wiring
Provide installation pictures via the Flock field app on a mobile device
Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management and receiving product shipments
Perform work in safe and professional manner
Meet with customers to discuss installation options and perform site surveys
Interpret traffic control plan and permit drawings to identify the proper installation location for a Flock device
The SkillsetThis role requires frequent/continuous bending, digging, reaching, climbing, squatting, sitting, standing, walking, driving, and independently lifting up to 50 lbs.
Prior experience with field work is a plus: construction, security systems, low voltage wiring, or similar.
Prior knowledge of operating a bucket truck on occasion.
Comfortable driving a work van (Ford Transit) and occasionally a 1 ton pickup truck (Ram 3500) or towing a small trailer.
Prior use of power tools, motor vehicles and heavy equipment
Must be comfortable working on ladders at high heights
Handyman-like experience, whether personally or professionally.
Good time-management, organization and communication skills
Desire to work outdoors and comfortable working in all weather conditions and outdoor elements
General knowledge for all things tech, and the ability/desire to learn and work with new software/tools.
Basic knowledge of computer skills, Office Suite, Google Suite and email
Must be at least 21 years of age to rent a vehicle and meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
Required Availability:
M-F during daylight hours. Overtime is at times expected and required. Start and end times will vary based on time of year (solar constrained) and the workload.
Travel:
Expect to travel up to 3 hours away during service tickets regularly. Occasionally this role will require travel up to 8 hrs away. In these situations, overnight accommodations are provided. We do not anticipate the travel demand for this role to exceed 30%.
