Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient clinic at a small hospital near Odessa, TX, starting mid-February. This is a MondayFriday clinic role offering consistent hours, supportive onsite collaboration, and the opportunity to provide meaningful care to a rural community. Schedule Volume MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 40-hour workweek 1015 patients per day (average ~10) Clinic Environment Physician onsite one day per week Additional APP support MondayFriday Primarily older adult / geriatric patient population Focus on continuity of care and keeping patients local when possible EMR: eClinicalWorks Scope of Practice This clinic is ideal for an NP or PA who is comfortable managing a broad range of conditions, including cases that might otherwise be referred to specialists. Access to specialty care is limited, and patients often face challenges traveling long distances.
