     About the RoleFlexcar is seeking a Risk Data Scientist to manage model-driven approaches to credit, accident, and fraud risk. We’re looking for someone who can own the full lifecycle of our risk modeling stack: building and calibrating models, managing the platforms they run on, and translating results into actionable recommendations. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You’ll work closely with our Risk, Finance, Product, and Operations teams and have significant influence over how we balance growth against risk exposure.

    The Member Concierge is responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience by providing support to our Flexcar customers, who we call members. This role involves assisting members, and their vehicles, before, during, and after their time as a Flexcar member to ensure a seamless and positive experience. This could involve phone, chat, in person communication with our members, as well as preparing vehicles for delivery to the member.     

    What you’ll Do:    

    Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the entire process of ordering, picking up, receiving delivery driving, and returning a Flexcar.  

    Troubleshoot and resolve customer order and vehicle issues promptly, efficiently, accurately, and with a focus on member satisfaction.  

    Ensure each vehicle delivered to our members meets our Flexcar quality standards and participates in the cleaning and preparation tasks pre-delivery.  

    Utilize the company's operational systems and tools to manage member interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records.  

    Serve as a product expert by acquiring in-depth knowledge of our business and staying up to date with the latest features, updates, and processes.  

    Greet customers as they enter our property, or at the place of delivery, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing information about the company and our products.  

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as customer care and security team, to ensure a seamless member experience.  

    Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives.

    Complete the work, notations and time-keeping necessary to the successful completion of all repair orders. 

    Report to management any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the site, its customers, or employees 

    Take care to ensure that all vehicles are returned to the lot as clean as they were prior to being serviced 

    Understand and complete required training for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. 

    Comply with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company policy, regarding safeguarding all vehicles, property and information 

    What Drives Success for this Role:  

    ASE certifications heavily preferred 

    Previous automotive technician experience required 

    Must have great technical and mechanical skills

    The role oversees the end-to-end flow of inventory through the outbound process, ensuring vehicles are prepared and ready for order on time.     Monthly Billing Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly billing statements from benefits vendors, ensuring accuracy. Identify and resolve discrepancies between vendor invoices and internal records. Work with the finance team to ensure timely processing of benefit-related invoices. Maintain records of discrepancies and adjustments for future reference.
