Flava Wings is looking to staff Cashiers at our McHard Rd. location! If you are naturally friendly, enthusiastic and love serving others, we would like to meet you! Our Cashiers are critically important to our customer's experience at Flava Wings. In addition to your hourly pay rate, Cashiers can earn cash tips which are given during each shift and tips in bi-weekly paychecks which are given via credit card transactions. Cashiers receive on the job training and are paid their standard pay rate during the training period.
Cashiers must:
Be Attentive to detail - every order is customized.Understand basic math - correctly exchange cash.Thoroughly fulfill necessary cleaning duties - completing opening and closing tasks lists.Have at least 1 year of cashiering experience - preferable in a restaurant environment.Be well groomed - natural colored hair, neat appearance.Be able to problem solve - think about solutions to issues that may arise.Be a self starter - do what is needed without always having to be told what to do.Must be available to work weekends when needed.Company DescriptionAt Flava Wings, we believe in delivering more than just a meal; we offer an unforgettable wing experience. We are looking to hire people who have:
A current Food Handler's Certification - A MUST TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW.
At least 1 year experience as a line cook.
Hands on experience working with commercial deep fryers.
Past restaurant experience specifically preparing chicken.
Availability to work mornings, and/or evenings, and weekends.
Knowledge of how commercial kitchens operate.
Understanding of general cleaning procedures in a commercial kitchen.
Ability to learn quickly and multi-task.
Sense of self initiative, integrity, and pride in your work.
