    Position Description:

    The Project Coordinator at Flatland Energy Services, LLC will assist the Project Manager with all phases of project management from start to completion. Main duties will include, but are not limited to project and crew scheduling, pre-job planning and creation, daily reporting, and post job compiling. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all needed information per project is finalized, both internally and externally, where key metrics can be drawn from.


    Duties/ Responsibilities:

    Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines on a per project basis including schedule, timeline, procurement, documentation, and other requirements of a product or service.Create and submit forms pertinent to project timeline.Communicating with field personnel to provide aid, guidance, or documents needed for project. Communicate with vendors for scheduling or procurement necessities. Organize and maintain electronic project files. Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback.Monitor project milestones and deliverables.Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffingCommunicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.Create project status presentations for delivery to customers or project personnel.Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction, to managers.Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met.Schedule or facilitate project meetings.Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standardsMay serve as a point of contact for the client or customer.

    Qualifications:

    High School diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred. At least 1 year in an organization involved in team/crew work on a job/project basisProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.)

    Position Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and dependable Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our construction operations team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment used in construction projects, including dozers, excavators, backhoes, telehandlers, and other diesel-powered and hydraulic machinery.

    The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical diagnostics, and a solid understanding of industry safety standards.


    Duties/ Responsibilities:

    Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, undercarriages, braking systems, and electrical components.Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections on heavy equipment to reduce downtime.Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify mechanical problems and determine the best repair methods.Use specialized tools, equipment, and computerized diagnostic software to service machinery.Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.Coordinate with fleet manager, supervisors and operators regarding equipment performance issues.Operate heavy equipment to test repairs and ensure proper functionality.Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.Be available for occasional after-hours emergency repairs and weekend callouts as needed to support operations. Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    Experience working on brands such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, or similar.Welding and fabrication experience a plus.CDL or ability to operate heavy equipment safely for testing and relocation.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification in diesel or heavy equipment repair preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic in a construction or industrial setting.Proficient in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and diesel systems.Must have own tools appropriate for heavy equipment repair.Valid driver's license with insurable driving record (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain).Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, kneel, climb, and work in varying field conditions.Strong communication and organizational skills.

    PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

    Duties are performed throughout the inside and outside of the building(s). Employee is exposed to dirt, dust, heat, cold, noise and vibration, fumes and odors, wetness, and humidity, and sometimes darkness. Employee is required to stand, walk, kneel, squat, crawl, bend, and twist. Employee may have to climb and/or lift up to and over 80 pounds frequently. Visual requirements are constant. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Due to the nature of the environment, employee is exposed to potential mechanical, chemical, electrical and fire hazards on a regular basis.

    Duties/ Responsibilities:

    Manages daily activities and issues related to completing a construction project, including overall project planning, scheduling, project cost accounting, quality control, contract administration, safety management, labor and equipment resources, and owner and architect relationships.Oversees construction projects from start to finish using the Flatland Energy Services (FES) pre-planning guide to start each project and developing a Master Project Schedule that is updated monthly and communicated to all subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, and field personnel.Develops a Master Variance for accounting of the entire project before the project starts using the FES master variance guidelines and ensures all bills from subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and labor are coded regularly per Company Guidelines.Manages all contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFI's, ASI's, with the Owner and Architect in a timely fashion. Follows up with owners on unpaid invoices.Creates and manages all subcontracts and purchase orders per company guidelines, and ensures all documents are completed and signed.Checks shop drawings of all items in a timely manner for accuracy and compliance with specifications. Ensures all items are delivered per the contract schedule to not slow field progress. Follows up with architects and engineers to make sure they are not delaying progress per internal schedules. Communicates any problems to the Division Manager.Ensures work put in place is to quality standards of the plans and specifications of the project.

    What You'll Do:
