    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Processor to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, scanning, receiving, and shipping products to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational skills. Experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse is highly preferred.

    Responsibilities

    Pick & Pack: Accurately pull inventory using pick sheets or RF scanners, package items securely according to product specifications, and prepare orders for shipment.Receiving & Scanning: Unload inbound shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and use handheld barcode scanners to log inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Shipping: Label outgoing packages, stage orders for carrier pickup shipping documentation.Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage, correct packaging, and valid lot/batch numbers prior to release.Inventory Control: Perform routine cycle counts, report stock discrepancies, and maintain clean, organized work areas.Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and relevant regulatory standards.

    Key Qualifications

    Experience

    1–3+ years of warehouse processing, pick/pack, or shipping & receiving experience.

    Industry Background

    Pharmaceutical, medical device, or cleanroom experience strongly preferred (familiarity with lot numbers, expiration dates, and cGMP/FDA protocols is a major plus).

    Technology

    Proficiency with handheld RF barcode scanners and basic WMS/ERP software.

    Physical Demands

    Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and bend, stretch, or reach regularly.

    Tow Motor certification (a plus)

    Education

    High School Diploma or GED required.
