    What You’ll Do

    Ensure Standards of Excellence: Maintain proper staff-to-child ratios and uphold all Virginia state licensing, health, and safety regulations.

    What We’re Looking For

    Qualifications:

    Prior experience working in early childhood education, preschool, or a childcare setting.

    Proven leadership qualities or supervisory experience (preferred).

    Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

    A heart for working with children, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to excellence.

    Bonus Points For:

    CDA, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field).

    Knowledge of Virginia childcare licensing regulations.

    Current CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
