Duties
Accountable for branch clinical outcomes and customer satisfactionEnsures survey readiness and successful VDH, JCAHO and payer auditsOversees infection prevention and control program complianceMonitors clinician productivity, utilization and case mix managementReviews hospitalization trends and implements corrective action plansEnsures timely completion of OASIS assessments and documentationMaintains appropriate staffing levels and clinician productivityOversees branch on-call operations and clinical support processesDrives staff engagement, retention, succession planning and developmentParticipates in budget planning and expense managementEnsures compliance with company policies, HIPAA, OSHARequirements

· Coordinate care with specialists, home health, hospice, DME providers and community agencies
What You Bring
· Active Virginia Nurse Practitioner license
· National certification (AANP or ANCC)
· DEA registration or eligibility
· Medicare and Virginia Medicaid enrollment (preferred)
· Experience in primary care, geriatrics or home-based care (preferred)
