    JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

    Understanding of the Dealership Automotive Sales Process and Previous Automotive Sales Experience PreferredComplete grasp of the Sales Process to ensure our customers have a world-class car-buying experience at every point in their sales journeyAbility to provide an unparalleled level of product knowledge and brand expertise to guide and assist customers as they find the best vehicle for them.Comfortable in growing the dealership and your career by meeting challenging monthly sales goals and objectivesBring new business to the dealership through referrals, networking and repeat business

    Qualifications

    Strong interpersonal and time management skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust be able to lift 40-50 pounds and stand on feet all dayMust have good computer skills and excellent organizational skillsAbility to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, percentagesValid driver's license and clean driving record

    Responsibilities

    Receive incoming parts ordersMatch against order to ensure all parts are received, in quality condition and moved to inventory Communicate with staff when parts have arrived Update computer system with delivery arrival and order status Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts.Answer phone calls and assist teamProvide high level service to both internal and external customers.Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.Drive parts truck to pick up orders as neededReceive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.Other duties as assigned
