Strategic Communications & Earned Media Leadership * Define and lead a proactive, insight driven earned media and external communications strategy focused on growth markets, priority audiences, and commercial objectives. * Secure high impact media placement for Fitch Solutions' research, data, and subject matter experts across financial, business, and specialist trade media. * Build and maintain deep relationships with senior journalists, editors, and influencers covering credit markets, macroeconomics, private capital, ESG, data, and financial technology. * Partner with Research, Product, and Commercial leaders to identify newsworthy moments that advance both visibility and revenue objectives. * Provide senior level counsel on messaging, positioning, and media readiness to executives and subject matter experts, including coordination with Fitch Ratings where appropriate. * Ensure all external communications align with enterprise governance, regulatory requirements, and brand guardrails across a complex, matrixed organization. Brand Elevation, Partnerships, Awards & Events * Strengthen the clarity, credibility, and commercial relevance of the Fitch Solutions brand while respecting the distinctiveness of individual businesses. * Use awards, events, and thought leadership platforms as growth accelerators, not vanity initiatives-clearly linking participation to strategic and commercial outcomes. * Support and amplify Fitch Solutions' presence at priority industry events, ensuring messaging aligns with sales, partnership, and growth objectives. * Develop post event and post campaign content that converts visibility into durable commercial value.
