Key Responsibilities
Custom Programming: Develop and implement tailored fitness plans based on individual goals and mechanics.
Coaching & Safety: Demonstrate proper techniques and lead high-energy group or individual sessions.
Client Management: Track progress, maintain detailed session records, and celebrate milestones.
Growth & Retention: Promote training services and memberships to drive engagement.
Expertise: Stay current on physiology, anatomy, and industry trends to provide top-tier guidance.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of personal training, group fitness, or physical education preferred.
Certification: Certified Personal Trainer (Required) (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar).
Skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy/body mechanics, excellent communication, and confident sales ability.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
