Position Summary:
The Lead Antenna Engineer, is responsible for the analysis, design, development, optimization and qualification of reflector and aperture antenna systems. Responsibilities include reflector geometry definition and optimization, feed design and integration, radiation pattern analysis, prediction of gain, sidelobe and cross-polarization performance, link budget support, electromagnetic modeling and simulation using TICRA Tools (GRASP), Ansys HFSS and CST Studio Suite, trade studies, prototype development, and correlation of predicted performance with measured antenna range and chamber data across the full design lifecycle.

Subject matter expert in antenna engineering with comprehensive knowledge of reflector and aperture antenna design and in-depth knowledge of project management. The primary purpose of the Machinist position is to program, set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and instruments.
