    Provide services to residents, club members, and hotel guests using the beach and pool facilities.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous mannerService of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items.Accurately record/enter order through the POS systemChecks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.Retrieves order from kitchen, confirms its accuracy and delivers it to guests.Ensures guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.Follow all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.Set up maintain and breakdown Pool and Beach.Provide Pool and Beach side service as schedules Inform guests about the Club facilities, policies and proceduresSet up and breakdown of pool or beach areas.Maintain and clean pool or beach areas. Sweep beach hut and surrounding areas.Issue towels to beach and pool guests.Check ladies (or men's) changing room and seaside pool on a regular basis for towels.     Kowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:

    The Town Center Supervisor’s primary responsibility is the supervision of the Restaurants/Bar /Pool at Fisher Island Club Town Center, to ensure that the club’s high standards are achieved and maintained within budgetary limitations. The ideal candidate will be an inspirational role model by his/her team members and is a top professional in the field with a passion for the service.

    This includes all practices, procedures, training and guest satisfaction levels. A procedural approach to managing the entire beach club must be employed, utilizing modern supervision principles as well as incorporating technological innovations where practical in order to deliver top quality guest service.

    Nature and Scope:

    The incumbent reports directly to the Director of Town Center Operations and Senior Food & Beverage Manager for Town Center . The major trust of the position is to create and maintain a professional restaurant operation and control expenses relative to the operation.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management degree and two years luxury service and management experience; orMinimum of two to three years’ experience as a Manager/Assistant in a medium size (250+ rooms) high volume, 3 meal restaurants in luxury hotel or resort.

    Licenses and Special Permits:

    Alcoholic beverage certificationFood safety certification.

    • Label, price, and prepare merchandise for display.

    • Add new retail items, pricing, and product information into ResortSuite.
