    Senior Sales Executive

    About the role: As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping banks improve their commercial product offerings. By providing industry-leading solutions in ACH, Wires, Real Time Payments, FedNow, Instant Payments, Cross Border Payments, and SWIFT, you'll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.

    What you will be doing:

    Sells products and/or services and develops new account relationships.Solicits and maintains network of prospects.Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.Negotiates, structures and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.Meets sales goals and objectives.Other related duties assigned as needed.

    What you will need:

    Experience selling ACH, Wires, Real Time Payments, FedNow, Instant Payments, Cross Border Payments, and/or SWIFT solutions into banksGood understanding of FIS products and servicesGeneral knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practicesRequires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbalRequires solid decision-making and problem solving skillsAnalytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirementsAbility to remain calm under various levels of pressureAbility to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferredRequires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and publicTravel is required

    Responsible for covering a list of assigned prospective accounts plus accounts FIS has relationships with already.Responsible for effectively penetrating C-suite and management level contacts for the prospective accounts plus selling into the accounts assigned to you.Responsible for qualifying leads by gathering information on a prospect's existing infrastructure, business model, and third-party relationships.Responsible for understanding the competitive landscape in the asset management market space and differentiating our products and services to generate leads and win business.

    What you bring:

    Prior traditional asset management software sales experience and managing direct sales campaigns in North America.Experience selling across middle and back-office solutions and services.Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of people; external individuals, organizations and agencies.Strong client presentation skills.Experience of working with senior management.
