    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    This role requires an individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities, support management personnel, coordinate office activities, prepare reports, and maintain efficient office operations in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Manager

    Job Summary

    The Project Manager is responsible for managing electrical construction projects from award through closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, field leadership, vendors, and subcontractors while overseeing project financials, procurement, scheduling, documentation, and overall project execution. The Project Manager is expected to proactively identify challenges, develop solutions, and lead projects to successful completion.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Manage electrical construction projects from award through project closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements.Coordinate manpower planning with field leadership.Oversee procurement activities and coordinate with the Procurement Specialist to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage change orders.Review and process RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and project documentation.Monitor project costs, labor productivity, schedule performance, and financial results.Lead project meetings and maintain regular communication with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.Identify project risks and implement solutions to minimize impacts to cost and schedule.Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, as-built documentation, warranties, commissioning support, and final turnover.Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    5+ years of experience in electrical construction with demonstrated project management responsibilities preferred.Experience managing commercial, industrial, or mission-critical/data center projects preferred.Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, scheduling, contract administration, procurement, and project financial management.Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and change orders.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, P6, or similar construction software is preferred.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

    Procurement Specialist

    Job Summary

    The Procurement Specialist is responsible for procuring materials, equipment, and subcontracted services in support of electrical construction projects.     Corporate Controller

    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Controller to lead the financial operations of our growing construction organization. This role is responsible for overseeing accounting functions, managing Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting, maintaining the General Ledger (GL), supporting budget creation and forecasting, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple projects and entities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Management & Reporting

    Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, job costing, and general accounting functions.Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes.Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger (GL) and supporting schedules.Ensure accuracy of project cost reporting and revenue recognition.

    Work-in-Progress (WIP) Management

    Prepare and manage monthly WIP schedules and reporting.Analyze project performance, percent-complete calculations, under/over billings, and earned revenue.Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations teams to ensure accurate project forecasting and cost tracking.Identify financial risks, cost overruns, and margin concerns proactively.

    Budgeting & Forecasting

    Lead annual budget creation and ongoing forecasting processes.Develop departmental and project-level budgets.Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.Support strategic planning and cash flow forecasting initiatives.

    Compliance & Internal Controls

    Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures.Coordinate external audits, tax preparation, and lender reporting requirements.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Assist with insurance reporting, bonding, and banking relationships.

    Leadership & Collaboration

    Supervise and mentor accounting staff.Partner with executive leadership to support business growth and operational decision-making.Drive process improvements and system efficiencies within accounting and project reporting functions.

     

    Qualifications
