  Responsibilities

  Provide health care services in patients residencesPerform Light household tasksTransport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or run errands if authorizedAssistance with MedicationsAssist with clients personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their conditionMaintain patients care records and document provided servicesAssist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercisesMeal preparation based on dietProvide companionship and basic emotional support

  Skills

  Proven working experience as HHA, CNA, PCT, Nursing Assistant, CaregiverAbility to monitor vital signsFamiliarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standardsProficiency in English Bilingual a PLUSCaring and compassionate personality in a professional mannerCurrent CPR certificateTB Skin Test (tuberculosis test results) or Chest X-Ray reportHHA or CNA Training CertificateAssist with MedicationsHIVAlziehmers Certification of trainingValid driver’s licenseSocial SecurityHigh school degree

  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

  Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
