Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver individual and group psychotherapy aimed at reducing maladaptive behaviors and improving psychological functioning.Provide crisis intervention services for referred or self‐referred patients.Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including clinical interviews, psychological testing, and written reports with recommendations.Consult with institutional staff regarding patient mental status, risk factors, and management strategies.Participate in staff meetings, in‐service training, and continuing education activities.Support specialized clinical programs or initiatives approved by leadership.Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement activities.Provide emergency treatment on‐site and respond appropriately to urgent or emergent situations.Serve as a liaison with medical providers; review and approve treatment protocols, clinical policies, and procedures.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Maintain open communication with facility administration, security, medical, and support staff to ensure smooth operation of mental health services.May participate in or coordinate 24‐hour emergency prevention services.Perform other duties aligned with FCH’s mission, goals, and values.
