    Job Overview:
    As a PRN (as-needed) Direct Support Provider, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to individuals in need.     Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:

    Key Responsibilities

    As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including:

    Applying for clients and holding phone & in-person interviews

    Maintaining paperwork in compliance with current DODD rules

    Running payroll and ensuring hours are accurately tracked in the clock-in system

    Enrolling clients and staff into the clock-in system

    Conducting family & staff touch bases

    Planning and distributing staff incentives

    Scheduling staff trainings (CPR, DODD, Med Cert)

    Required Qualifications

    Job Summary
    House Managers oversee the smooth operation of a consumers home. They are responsible for monitoring the staff (DSPs) work with our individuals by creating daily plans, documentation, self-care skills, cooking meals and/or helping in the home.

    Responsibilities
    Manages the home in adherence to all Federal, State, and local guidelines.
    Monitors the safety and health needs of the individuals served.
    Orients, trains, and monitors job performance of the Direct Support Provider.
    Monitors house staff schedules and ensures equitable coverage.
    Covers shifts (on call 24hours per day 7 days a week) if staff calls off and no other coverage can be found.
    Keeps a log of call-offs.
    Point of contact for house staff.
    Capability to manage and perform effectively in potentially stressful situations.
    Keeps inventory of household needs such as groceries and cleaning supplies.
    Maintains financial records (receipts) of client purchases and monitors budget (if applicable)
    Assist clients with daily personal tasks, including bathing and addressing as assigned.
    Completes appropriate visit records in a timely manner for quality assurance.
    Reports changes in the client's condition and needs to the director of operations and/or staff nurse.
    Performs household services essential to health care in the home.
    Helps plan and coordinate client appointments.
    Assist with shopping for groceries and preparing meals according to client dietary needs.
    Helps clients set daily goals, outcomes, and encourages social and community engagement.
    Assist with medication administration if applicable.
    Helps clients to keep and maintain a safe and clean environment in the home.
    Responsible for reporting any safety issues or concerns in the home.

    Requirements
    Highschool Diploma or GED
    Valid Driver's License
    CPR & First Aid Certified (Provided by the company)
    DSP Certification (Provided by the company)
    Effective communication skills
    Pass a background and drug test.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Must be able to workdays, evenings, overnights, and weekends based upon the needs of the designated site.
    Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
    2-5 years of work experience in a leadership role.

    Lifting Requirements
    Ability to participate in physical activities.
    Mobility to do periodic bending, lifting, and standing during shift.
    Ability to assist clients sitting up or down within range of motion (if applicable).

    Responsibilities:


    Address client needs with respect and attention to safety at all times.Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and using the bathroom.Actively engage clients through conversation and companionship, fostering a supportive and uplifting environment.Promote clients' independence and maintain their dignity during all interactions.Aid in meal preparation, planning, and grocery shopping according to clients' dietary needs and preferences.Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment for clients.Assist clients with physical therapy exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.Report any unusual incidents or changes in clients' behavior to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare provider.Maintain a safe environment for clients, identifying and addressing potential hazards promptly.
    Qualifications:


    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Current CPR certification to respond effectively to emergencies.Must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid driver's license and a registered vehicle that is insured.Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, ensuring suitability for working with vulnerable populations.Current first aid certification, with the ability to respond calmly and effectively in medical emergencies.Proven ability to behave with respect, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions.Possess a positive and upbeat attitude, capable of fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds safely, with proper body mechanics and techniques.
