We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Licensed Title Agent to join our team. This is NOT a remote position. The ideal candidate must have 4 years title experience, and be able to interact pleasantly and professionally with staff and clients. The candidate will play a critical role in facilitating real estate transactions by preparing, reviewing, and managing title documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
Review title commitments, and related legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate smooth transaction processes.Review contracts, loan documents, and escrow instructions for accuracy and adherence to legal standards.Maintain detailed records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation for audits and future reference.Stay updated on industry changes including mortgage regulations, escrow procedures, and banking practices.Assist with answering phone when necessary.Requirements
Valid license as a Title Agent with appropriate state licensing credentials.Ability to perform detailed document review while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and internal teams.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
