Compiles and runs, monthly and quarterly operational dashboards to track Employee Service Center key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering actionable insights on inquiry trends.     Job Summary: The Loan Review Clerk provides administrative and analytical support to the loan review function. This role assists in ensuring the bank’s loan portfolio is reviewed for credit quality, policy compliance, and proper documentation. The position involves gathering and organizing loan files, updating reports, and assisting in identifying potential credit risks or policy exceptions under the guidance of the Loan Administration Officer.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Assist with the preparation and organization of loan files for periodic review.Input and maintain accurate data in the loan review tracking system and ensure all documents are scanned in CenterDoc.Review loan documentation for completeness and compliance with internal policy and regulatory requirements. Ensure that all insurance is in place (including flood)Verify the accuracy of financial information, collateral documentation, and credit file maintenance. Ensure all pre and post-closing compliance documents are signed and datedReview the loan prior to the closing to make sure that the underwriting has been completedVerify that loan documentation are correct and match the credit presentationAssist with monitoring and tracking exceptions or findings from loan reviews.Communicate with loan officers or administrative staff to obtain missing or updated information.Maintain confidentiality of borrower and bank information at all times.Provide administrative support and act as a backup the Loan Processors.     Skills or Qualifications: Must be a self-motivated and focused team player. It is important to possess excellent verbal, analytical and written communication skills along with the ability to work well with various team members, customers and external loan services vendors. Working knowledge of loan documentation and basic credit concepts a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and banking software systems. Strong Attention to Detail, organization skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks, proficient with MS Office programs and computer savvy, willingness to learn and adapt quickly, knowledge of basic accounting principles. Familiar with bank documents.


    Requirements:

    Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or higher in appropriate field preferred. Prior experience in banking, loan operations, or credit administration preferred.

Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for driving new revenue on behalf of FNB Wealth Management, within an assigned region.
