Clinical Associate
Part-time/Non-exempt (Monday through Friday 9:00-3:00pm)
Location: Winslow, NJ
Compensation Range: $18.00-$22.00/per hour

Position Summary:
The Clinical Associate would provide essential support to students with diverse learning needs while focusing on academic, behavioral, and emotional development. A Clinical Associate primarily supports students in an educational setting, assisting with academic tasks, and providing social and emotional support. Their focus is on facilitating learning and social-emotional integration within the classroom. This role requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
Job Responsibilities:
Academic Support: Assist students with assignments, homework, and projects. Provide one-on-one or small-group instructional support. Utilize strategies to enhance student learning.Social/Emotional/Behavioral Support: Provide emotional support and encouragement to students. Assist with social and emotional skills development. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Use individual and general classroom management strategies to promote academic and social engagement. Support students in managing their emotions and behavior.Communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents and other professionals. Collaborate with staff and supervisors as needed to assess and monitor concerns.Ensure overall safety and well-being for students in their care and supervision. Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician
Part Time/Non-Exempt
Location: Medford Lakes, NJ
Compensation Range: $21.00-$26.00/per hour **BONUS ELIGIBLE**

Position Summary:
The Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) is responsible for the implementation of the Individual Support Plan. The BT/RBT must be supervised by either a BSC or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BT/RBT is also responsible for implementing the goals and objectives outlined in the Individual Support Plan and/or the programming created by the BCBA for insurance funded cases or districts. The BT/RBT will ensure that all home care is provided in a caring and respectful way in keeping with all relevant policies and procedures and division standards.
During the training phase, BTs/RBTs enjoy a dynamic schedule rather than a fixed client assignment, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of learners, teams, and settings across your region. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on flexibility, value diverse clinical experiences, and enjoy supporting client in multiple settings based on program needs. Post-training, BT/RBTs will be assigned permanent placements.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Plainfield, NJ and surrounding NNJ Region
Up to $75.00/billable hour
Part-time daytime schedule
Looking for a flexible BCBA role that still gives you meaningful clinical work and a strong team around you? This daytime position is designed for clinicians who want impact, without committing to a full-time schedule.
You’ll support clients in district settings, completing assessments, building behavior plans, and working closely with families and your clinical team. You’ll also provide guidance to ABA staff and help ensure interventions are practical, consistent, and grounded in evidence-based care.
We’re looking for someone with an active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license, along with experience supporting children on the autism spectrum. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating with families, and leading clinical direction when needed. Familiarity with tools like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS is a plus.
Compensation for this role is up to $75.00 per billable hour, with final rates based on experience, clinical skillset, and productivity.
