Responsibilities
Lead worship services by selecting appropriate music and coordinating with the worship team.Educate the congregation on the significance of worship and the messages conveyed through music.Mentor and develop musicians and vocalists within the church, fostering their growth in musical skills and spiritual maturity.Communicate effectively with church staff, volunteers, and congregation members to ensure cohesive worship experiences.Plan and organize special worship events, including seasonal services and community outreach programs.Collaborate with pastoral staff to align worship themes with sermon topics and church goals.Maintain a positive atmosphere that encourages participation from all members of the congregation.Qualifications
