Job DescriptionJob DescriptionStart a skilled trade career — no experience necessary. We'll train you, certify you, and pay you to learn one of the fastest-growing trades in the construction industry.

We're a locally-owned, family-run restoration company serving the greater Seattle area, and we're growing fast. We help people during some of the worst moments of their lives — flooded basements, house fires, mold problems — and we need hard-working people who want to learn a real trade and build a real career.

If you're tired of dead-end jobs with no future, this is different. You'll get paid training, real certifications, and a clear path to becoming a Lead Technician — and beyond — without needing a college degree.

    What You'll Do

✓  Respond to water damage, fire damage, and mold jobs across the greater Seattle area
✓  Operate professional-grade extraction and drying equipment
✓  Help homeowners and business owners through stressful situations with patience and professionalism
✓  Work alongside an experienced crew that will teach you the trade hands-on
✓  Build skills that are always in demand — restoration work never goes away

    What We Offer

✓  $20–$26/hour starting pay, based on experience
✓  Paid IICRC certification training — we cover the cost, you keep the credential
✓  Medical, dental, and vision insurance
✓  Paid time off and sick leave
✓  Company uniforms and all required safety equipment provided
✓  Overtime and on-call emergency pay opportunities
✓  A real career path — we promote from within, and our current leads and supervisors started exactly where you would

    What We're Looking For

We hire for attitude and train for skill. You don't need restoration experience — you need to be reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn. People who do well in this role often come from:

    •        Construction, landscaping, or general labor
    •        Moving, delivery, or warehouse work
    •        Military service
    •        Any job where you showed up, worked hard, and took pride in doing things right

    Required:

    •        Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    •        Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
    •        Comfortable working outdoors and in physically demanding conditions
    •        Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
    •        Reliable transportation to our shop or assigned job sites

    Your Career Path Starts Here

Field Technician → Senior Technician → Lead Technician → Supervisor → Manager.

Every leader on our team today started as a Field Technician. We invest in our people because our people are the business. If you bring the work ethic, we'll bring the training, the certifications, and the opportunity.

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionYour Xactimate skills are worth more than you're being paid for them. Come find out how much more.

We're a locally-owned, family-run restoration company serving the greater Seattle area since 2005, and we're growing across water mitigation, fire/smoke restoration, and mold remediation. We need an experienced Estimator/Project Manager who knows how to write a scope that holds up, negotiate with adjusters who push back, and keep a pipeline of jobs moving without anything falling through the cracks.

If you're estimating restoration jobs right now but feeling capped — on pay, on autonomy, or on how much your accuracy actually gets recognized — this is worth a conversation.

    What You'll Do

✓  Inspect losses and write accurate Xactimate estimates across water, fire/smoke, and mold jobs
✓  Own the insurance claims process from first submission through final payment
✓  Negotiate scope and pricing directly with adjusters — and win the arguments worth winning
✓  Identify and write supplements for additional damage that other estimators would miss
✓  Manage a pipeline of 20–40 active jobs without losing track of a single one
✓  Be the financial gatekeeper that protects margin on every job that comes through the door

    What We Offer

✓  $65,000–$85,000 base salary, depending on experience
✓  Performance bonus tied to collected revenue and margin targets
✓  Mileage reimbursement for site visits at the IRS standard rate
✓  Medical, dental, and vision insurance
✓  Paid time off and sick leave
✓  Company-paid Xactimate training and IICRC certification support
✓  A growth path toward Senior Estimator or Director of Operations

    What We're Looking For

    Required:

    •        3+ years of restoration estimating or project management experience
    •        Proficiency in Xactimate — Level 1 certification strongly preferred
    •        Working knowledge of insurance restoration claims, supplements, and adjuster negotiation
    •        Strong organizational skills — you don't let jobs slip through the cracks
    •        Confident, professional communicator who isn't afraid to push back on a lowball adjuster
    •        Valid driver's license for site visit travel

    A plus, but not required:

    •        Xactimate Level 2 certification
    •        IICRC WRT, ASD, or FSRT certification
    •        Experience working with TPAs — Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, or similar
    •        Field restoration background — estimators who've been on the tools earn more adjuster credibility

    Why Estimators Choose Us

A lot of restoration companies treat estimating like a back-office function — write the number, move on, let someone else fight for it. We don't operate that way. Your scope accuracy and your negotiation skill directly protect this company's margin, and we know it. That means real compensation tied to results, real autonomy in how you run your pipeline, and real respect for the value this role brings.

We're a family-owned company that's been building a reputation in this market since 2005. If you're ready to be the estimator who actually gets credit for the revenue you protect, we want to talk to you. Read Less
